Over that time we have converted all 53 of our Midwest Bank Branches and Head Quarters to LED lighting, with controls. This included both interior and exterior lighting solutions that have not only cut our total energy usage in half, but have virtually eliminated on past lighting maintenance of bulb and ballast replacement. As our partner for this project LED Rite was instrumental in helping us maximize our ComED and Village Energy Incentives. In total, First American Bank received over $160,000 in Energy Incentives. LED Rite went above and beyond by also helping us attain the best solutions and energy incentives for our HVAC controls. Finally, the lighting that LED Rite provided included many custom and very application specific solutions.
