The desert climate of Kuwait City can reach 60°C (140F) in the summertime. In addition to relentlessly long and humid summers, a few months of dramatic dust storms make outdoor LED lighting applications extremely challengeable.
With our patented thermal management system which uses superior heat sink designs to dissipate heat and keep low junction temperature, multiple drivers/LED array module technology provides steady current to maximize the performance potential of LEDs. Extensive testing confirmed that our products exceed the light output specifications necessary to operate at that extreme climate.
Results:
The use of our lights in the strip mall parking lot has improved significantly versus the older Sodium Halide type. Most importantly, energy saving is around 70%.
